Operations Manager

Andy Beshear for Governor is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to assist the campaign with operations and scheduling for the 2023 cycle. This is a full-time, in-person position that reports to the Deputy Campaign Manager.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage campaign operations, including ordering, purchasing, and working with outside vendors
• Manage the campaign calendar, organize all incoming scheduling requests
• Assist with organizing campaign stops and events
• Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Extremely organized and responsible
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people skills, able to manage relationships in a professional setting
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and Google Suite
• Familiarity with campaign software such as NGP, ActBlue, and VAN is a plus
• Willingness to work irregular hours, especially close to the election 
• Campaign experience is preferred but not required

Compensation: $5,000 per month plus 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits.
