Frankfort, Ky.—Today, Governor Andy Beshear endorsed Erika Hancock’s state legislative campaign in House District 57.
“Erika has never backed down from fighting for what is right,” said Governor Andy Beshear. “In the General Assembly, I know that she will fight for Kentucky’s communities and address the issues that matter most to them.”
“Much like Governor Beshear, my campaign is about bringing decency and empathy back to Frankfort,” said Erika Hancock, Democratic candidate in House District 57. “I’m ready to build on Representative Derrick Graham’s record and give back to a community that has done so much for me and my family.”
A married mother of two and small business owner, Erika Hancock is running to provide the steady and accomplished leadership Kentuckians need in the General Assembly. As a candidate for State Representative, Erika is focused on fighting for state workers and retirees, supporting public education, and bringing civility back to the General Assembly.
Erika Hancock has been endorsed by a number of organizations across Kentucky, including Planned Parenthood Alliance Advocates, the Kentucky State AFL-CIO, and the Kentucky Educators’ Political Action Committee. Visit her website to learn more by clicking here.
