Frankfort, Ky.—Today, Governor Andy Beshear endorsed Matt Lehman’s state legislative campaign in House District 67.
“This fall, Campbell County has an opportunity to elect a champion for Kentucky families,” said Governor Andy Beshear. “Matt will work hard to ensure that all Kentuckians can access opportunities right here in our Commonwealth.”
“Governor Beshear’s leadership has resulted in the best economic growth and job creation in Kentucky history,” said Matt Lehman, Democratic candidate in House 67. “I’m honored to earn his endorsement and am committed to building on this record in the General Assembly.”
Matt Lehman is a champion for working Kentuckians and will be a strong voice in Frankfort to make sure that no family is left behind. A Newport resident, Matt has founded several healthcare companies and continues to work in the biotechnology field, helping to develop new therapeutics for cancer and autoimmune diseases. As a candidate for State Representative, Matt is focused on supporting public education, improving access to medical, dental, & mental health treatment, and protecting reproductive rights including IVF.
