KDP Launches Voter Protection Hotline as Early Voting Ramps Up
October 29, 2026 · Kentucky Democratic Party
FRANKFORT, Ky. – Today, with Kentuckians heading to the polls for day one of no-excuse in-person early voting, the Kentucky Democratic Party (KDP) is activating its voter protection hotline. KDP Chair Colmon Elridge released the following statement:
“Despite repeated attempts by the GOP to discourage Kentuckians from exercising their constitutional right to vote, we expect strong turnout across the Commonwealth. Our voter protection hotline will help ensure no eligible voter is intimidated, coerced or turned away from the polls.”
Kentuckians can report suspicious or illegal activity, including voter intimidation, voter suppression, coercion, fraud and illegal interference at the polls, by reaching the KDP’s voter protection hotline at 833-468-6835 through Election Day, November 3.
