FRANKFORT, Ky. – Today, Kentucky Democratic Party (KDP) Chair Colmon Elridge released the following statement congratulating Charles Booker for winning the primary and becoming the Democratic nominee to replace Sen. Mitch McConnell in the U.S. Senate:
